This machine is used for winding and packing automatically for the cable.
Feature:
Adopt PLC and touch-screen to control the machine automatically. The man-computer interface operation face and the operation is easy.
The traversing system is adopted Serve motor so that the coil of cable is orderly and beautiful.
Computerized memory can store 100 different specifications of the coil. When you need to change the product specifications, you just choose the specifications of the stored data. Don't need input again. It can produce immediately.
The machine could be used with an extrusion line or only with the pay-off machine. The production speed is about 2 coil per minute. (100m per coil for 2.5mm2 cable)
