Product Description

The wire drawing machine also known as the multi-head wire drawing annealing machine, is a device used for the production of multi-strand copper wires. It usually adopts multi-head wire drawing dies, such as drum type, and is arranged horizontally in a tandem style. This equipment is driven by dual motors through mechanical transmission, such as gear transmission, to achieve fast die change, thereby reducing downtime. In addition, it can draw multiple copper wires of the same diameter, and cooperate with the multi-head resistance annealing machine to produce multiple soft copper wires with consistent electrical properties.
