Individual motor drive copper / Aluminum RBD wire drawing machine line
The production line is applicable for rod breakdown wire drawing process from large diameter rod of Copper and Aluminum .
This line can be equppd with annealing unit , drop coiler , reel spooler depends on the finished product form .
The drive method adopts individual servo AC motor to separately drive drawing cone , capstan cone to achieve energy-saving for over 30% . Wire quantity could be single or double wire .
