Product Description

Application:

This equipment is suitable for cable automatic coiling , tying and heat shrinking , which would be packaged into a coil and can be connected to the cable extrusion machine for linkage use.

Main Machine Features:

1. It can be supplied by the paying off machine or directly connected to the ejector.
2. The coil output is about 5 times that of manual winding (with 200m long coil as the column).
3. It can be sent out automatically after winding.
4. The machine adopts servo motor alignment system, and the coil is neat and beautiful. The touch screen human-machine interface operation panel can store 99 different wire coil specifications. When changing the specifications, you only need to read the stored data to produce
5. This machine has the function of automatic error detection. It has the contact of power frequency spark machine, which is used for spark detection of BV line. It can automatically detect the spark breakdown point or continue to form a circle after manual marking. (the power frequency spark machine shall be provided by the customer)
Leave a caliper contact: if the diameter does not meet the standard, the waste line can be automatically eliminated or the function of forming a circle can be continued after manual marking. (diameter measuring instruments are provided by each household)

4.6.1 The coil will be delivered to the machine and sealed automatically .
4.6.2 Coil size requirement : OD ≤ 600mm , Height ≤ 180mm .
4.6.3 PE wrap pay-off :
The PE film heat shrinkable film is placed on the tape supply rack, and the PE film is smoothly wrapped on the outer ring of the wire roll by the roller to the sealing machine and maintain the stable tension of the tape feed.
4.6.4 Automatic sealing structure :
After the coil is wrapped by PE film , the cutting blade will automatically cut the wrap and form a "L" shape seal .
After sealing , the coil would be delivered automatically to the heating oven as final .
4.6.5 With the fan inside the oven , the heat will be spread into every aspect of the oven .
4.6.6 Temperature : 180~200ºC (could be adjusted according to needs )
