Application:

It's used for producing flat conductor wrapped with PI, Kapton and other type of tape in single/double/triple layer , meanwhile with the function of online sintering and testing . All the process is online linkage , intelligent control; with the feature of power saving , material saving and laboratory cost saving . The output products are widely used in aircraft, wind power generator, transformer, submersible pump, welding machine, electrical appliance and so on.

Feature
1. High production speed :10m/min,2-3 times of traditional wrapping and sintering line.
2. Adopting triple or single motorization drive system, possessing high precise wrapping tension control system, and special designed tape thread path; ensure precise taping lay length, overlap rate, and tension control; the film evenly wrapped on the conductor .
3. The pay off and take up use self-traverse traverse system , ensuring the wire come out and take up keep straight from horizontal deviation.
4. Adopting intelligent control system, with all kinds of functions: as wire and tape break machine auto stop, tape finish machine auto stop, sintering power auto increase or reduce with line speed, job back, makes the machine easy to operate, save raw material .
5. Using inductive preheating system and intelligent heat preserving system, the heating power can synchronized with line speed, ensure high speed and energy-saving heating, preserving 20% power, reduce the raw material waste caused by sintering.
6. The film pressing system and cooiling system after the sintering system reinforce and solidify the wrapping, make the film tightly stick on the conductor.
7. Offering multiple configuration upgrade option : pad type/spooler wrapping head , vertical/horizontal machine type ,on-line sintering , one line diameter and spark testing,one layer, two layer, three layer and more layers wrapping .
