2. Features
1. The delivery system adopts the servo mechanism to precisely control the unloading speed of the preform;
2. The heating part adopts high-strength graphite heating furnace, which can be controlled and used at high temperature to achieve the purpose of safety, convenience and economy;
3. The traction mechanism adopts AC servo control and high-precision reducer to control 6-wheel synchronous vertical traction to meet the production needs of drawing multi-specification capillaries, and the drawing speed can be as low as 1m/min;
4. The winding mechanism is designed to match the winding wheel and the dancing wheel, which is convenient for synchronizing the winding and pulling;
5. Multiple safety protection design, sound and light alarm, automatic shutdown of the furnace when water and gas are cut off, etc., to achieve stable operation of the equipment.
3. Overall equipment solution
The main body of the rack is built with aluminum profiles and adopts segmented modularization. It is divided into three layers. The modular parts can be hoisted. The design is fixed on the ground with chemical bolts, as shown in the figure below, the equipment is designed in sections, including upper components, middle components, lower components, and step components.

3 Preform Positive and Negative Pressure Gas Control System
