Main Machine Composition Technical Details:


Shaking Head 

The horizontal winding is controlled by a pneumatic propeller to automatically open and close. When the set wire length is finished, it will automatically stop winding. At this time, the shaking head will shrink and rise vertically, and the coil is easy to demold without thread clamping or sticking.


Traverse System

This cable traverse system is completely controlled by a computer, driven by a servo motor, driven by a ball screw, and received the main motor operating signal through a precision encoder, so that the servo motor and the main motor can run synchronously, and the wire arranging action is more coordinated. The volume is better.


Door Type Cutter

When the set wire length is completed, it will automatically cut the thread. The double cutter is made of SKD-11 special steel and undergoes vacuum heat treatment to make it harder and have a longer service life.
