Hooha High Quality 25 kVA Wire and Cable Spark Tester for extrusion machine

 

Power frequency spark machine is actually an online weakness detection instrument.
It periodically loads the set voltage value to the insulated wire according to a certain rule, and the conductor part is grounded. In this way, a voltage difference is formed between the conductor and the insulation surface, so that it can be detected whether the insulation layer is defective.
Integrated circuit control, multiple protection, pure copper bead chain or 304 stainless steel bead chain durable.
Detection voltage is continuously adjustable(high voltage indication error 3%) sensitivity <600μA: good stability, no error with water,no error in the breakdown count.
The breakdown count is automatically alarmed.
The breakdown point is particularly visible.Durable and corrosion resistant,compact structure,beautiful and easy to maintain.
The electrode box is equipped with a mechanical ground protection spring to ensure safety.
High voltage transformers above 30KV are oil-immersed.
