Mainly used for copper and aluminum conductor cables twisted wire system fan pressed,pressed and drawn round conductor segment conductor strands twisted pre-pressed


The machine is used for compact-strand bare aluminum wire, bare copper wire and ACSR to produce power cables.

 

 

 

Features

 

1. High stranding speed: adopt the latest frame structure stranded cage, thick-walled seamless steel pipe main shaft, cast iron gearbox, ground transmission gear, cast steel strand drum, cast iron winch. These designs greatly improve the rigidity of the stranded wire cage, the strength of the transmission system, the speed of the cage and the production efficiency.
2. Synchronous twisting function: according to different twisting requirements, cages with different spools can be freely combined. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronization tube to twist more wires, so as to realize the multi-function of a machine.
3. Single wire preforming machine: Each cage is equipped with a single wire preforming machine, which can make the core wire smooth and dense.
4. The overall automatic loading and unloading is convenient: the latest side bottom automatic loading and unloading device is adopted, which has beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance. It also greatly improves the efficiency of loading and unloading the bobbin.
5. Excellent performance of split motor: The split motor is used to replace the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, which simplifies the complex mechanical system and reduces the difficulty of maintenance, energy consumption and noise at the work site. Separate motor transmission device makes the pitch continuously adjustable, which is very helpful for improving manufacturing technology. Imported PLC is used to instruct and coordinate the entire production line, and imported touch screen is used to display and set online technical data. It adopts imported motor speed controller, reliable performance and high control precision.
6. Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage speed and the traction speed is fixed, and the pitch will not change during starting, running and stopping. The machine ensures precise synchronization of each cage and easy-to-operate electrical control system.

2. Multiple specifications: the minimum diameter of wire disc should be 400mm and the maximum diameter should be 800mm. The minimum number of single segment wire disc should be 6 and the maximum number should be 48.
3. Multi-form tension: hysteresis tension, mechanical tension, mechanical belt feedback tension, pneumatic tension, etc.
4. hydraulic, electric side lower upper plate, side upper plate and so on a variety of overall plate options;
5. manual clamping, pneumatic clamping, electric clamping and other clamping mechanisms can be selected.
