1. Introduction
Project Name: HH-1040 Automatic Shaking Pan Coating Machine
Project introduction: The products are automatically rolled into rolls, then enter the coating part for labeling + complete packaging, unpowered conveying line, and realize unmanned operation of the packaging process.
Application: Flat cable wire
Output: The rotating speed of the pan head is 930 RPM Max (when the production line is 100m/roll and the storage capacity of the horizontal wire storage rack is not less than 200m, the output of this machine is MAX260m/min).
2.Function
Save labor, the whole section is automatic roll packaging, including belt line feeding, automatic roll, labeling and coating of products, realizing unmanned operation of the packaging process.

3.Description of process characteristics
The wire can be supplied by the pay-off machine or directly connected to the extruder.
The coil output is about 5 times that of manual winding (with 200M long coils as a column).
After winding, it can be connected to the automatic film winding machine to automatically label and wrap the coil. After the automatic wrapping, it is automatically sent to the conveyor belt by the push wire mechanism, without manual operation.
This machine adopts a servo motor ranking system, and the coils are neat and beautiful. The touch-screen man-machine interface operation panel can store 99 different wire and coil specifications. When changing the specifications, you only need to read the stored data to produce
This machine has the function of automatic error detection, and the contact of the power frequency spark machine is reserved for the spark detection of the BV line. The function of automatic spark breakdown or manual marking can continue to form a circle. (The power frequency spark machine is prepared by the customer)
The contact point of the caliper is left: when the diameter does not meet the standard, the waste wire can be automatically removed or the looping function can be continued after manual marking. (The caliper should be prepared by each household)
