3.Lay is fed in MMI (Operator touch screen) instead of Gearbox. Any lay value in the range can be set & achieved that ensure easy operation.
4.In Power failure situation, the machine comes to a controlled stop by emergency braking system, enabling the bobbin is held by spring pressure with a secondary positive lock. The release of bobbin is by externally plugged pneumatic compressed Air.
5.Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by Electronic pneumatic valve & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for maintaining consistent tension by positive motor control system or passive mechanical equipment.

As for machine production, we have our strict product checkout process. We will mark the name of each device. Those devices must be signed to guarantee quality before being sent to our customer's factory,which ensuring the good condition of our products.

4. After installation,We'll send skilled Technical personnel to conduct a preliminary test and answer any problems emerged. We will bear all the costs of maintenance, tests or retest within the scope of our duty stipulated in contract.
5. Within the validity of the contract,if the equipment can not be used properly due to our unqualified goods, improper files or the fault of our instructor, we'll change the products at once without compensation and take charge in all expenses of re-installation.
