It's specially used for RVS two-core wire precision stranding, RVS wire full name copper-core PVC insulation stranded connection with soft wire, twisted multi-stranded soft wire, mostly used in fire-fighting systems, also called fire wire. Abbreviated twisted pair, commonly known as "flower line".

2.It has the advantages of fast speed, stable performance, high pitch accuracy, balanced tension, round outer diameter, no jumping phenomenon and low noise, easy operation and superior automatic protection function.

3.The inner and outer bobbin adopts active wire release, no stress after stranding, zero damage, ensure product quality, high qualification rate, no matter empty or full bobbin, always keep constant tension.

4.Traction adopts double encoders to collect data, control speed and stranding distance more accurately.

5.Human-machine interface operation, PLC control, all parameters set on the touch screen, extremely convenient operation.

6.The drawing wheel and the over-wire wheel adopt large diameter design to reduce the wire bending radius and avoid the damage to the stranding distance.

7.The whole machine is all synchronous belt drive, the stranding distance is accurate, there is no lubrication point in the over-wire system.

8.Advanced control method is adopted: the working procedure is controlled by triple-frequency device and PLC.

9.Independent modular soundproof shield and forced ventilation system.
