I. Equipment use: for seven strands or more enameled wire; bare copper wire and other fine wire stranding.

II. Wire entry structure.
(1) All the wires are released from the payoff frame, and then enter the dividing plate through a set of guide wheels, and then enter the eye mold stranding.
(2) Dividing plate gauge: according to our standard dividing plate.
(3) Into the wire eye mold specifications: (outer circle) Ø 25 * (high) 15 inner hole according to customer requirements.

III. Equipment performance and parameters.
1) Model. 
Right handpiece: The person faces the front side of the machine and the line enters the machine from the right side of the machine.

2) Bow back speed: Max:3000RPM.

3)Stranding distance: 1.36mm-17.88mm (can be adjusted according to customer's demand), manual gear type change stranding distance.

4)Stranding length calculation: how many meters per minute = stranding distance * 2/1000 * rotational speed of stranding bow per minute

5)Stranding direction: left and right stranding direction can be chosen arbitrarily.

6)Single wire diameter: Ø0.05mm-Ø0.18mm.

7)Stranding area: 0.0137mm2-0.45mm2.

8) Line: Ø15 German bearing type line, line width and distance can be adjusted.

1. Machine noise: below 75dp, measured in accordance with the distance of 1000MM.

2. Ambient humidity: not to exceed 90%, if exceeded, please blow dry first, then turn on the machine.
