Application

This machine is used for stranding aluminum or copper wires, and can also manufacture compact round and sector-shaped conductors.

Main capability features

 

1) The reels are arranged quartering around the stranding cages. The central shaft does not bear the reels.

2) High rigid, high performance, high speed and low inertia.

3) Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dual active device. Natural wire distribution avoids abrasion damage when stranding.

4) The most advanced emergency stop device, direct controlling every reel. As soon as any wire breaks, the entire machine will automatically stop at once.

5) Ensuring supplement after any wire breaking, especially suitable for power cables and high compacted cross linking cables producing.

6) Siemens PLC control system, operating on touch screen.

Other features

1. Synchronous twisting function: according to different twisting requirements, cages with different spools can be freely combined. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronization tube to twist more wires, so as to realize the multi-function of a machine.
2. Single wire preforming machine: Each cage is equipped with a single wire preforming machine, which can make the core wire smooth and dense.
3. Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage speed and the traction speed is fixed, and the pitch will not change during starting, running and stopping. The machine ensures precise synchronization of each cage and easy-to-operate electrical control system.
