Main Extruder:

1. Extruder is one of the equipments for the production of PTFE pipes, adapting to the production of pipes with outer diameter φ16mm-inner diameter φ17mm, one side wall thickness 0.5, the machine is set up for pre-compression molding billet loading device, the whole machine is reasonable in structure, compact, practical and easy to operate.

2. Extruder material cavity φ120mm × 800mm, material rod diameter φ120mm; integrated into the PLC control system to regulate the hydraulic part, forward speed automatic speed control, constant speed and pressure, the use of human-computer interface operation, back to adjustable speed. Material cylinder material 38CrMoAIA steel tempering treatment, heating using stainless steel heater, hydraulic station with forced oil cooling air-cooled.

PTFE Powder Pre-foaming Machine
 

1. Vertical upward billet making, hydraulic billet making, pushing speed, pressure, pushing length can be adjusted.
 

2. The maximum internal pressure of billet can be up to 6MPa, the rising speed is 10-300mm per minute, the falling speed is 300 per minute, and the position of mandrel can be adjusted.

3. The unit is equipped with a set of preformed mandrels φ20, cylinder diameter φ120, external diameter φ160, and the inner surface of the cylinder is precision ground.
