HH-D-450-13 dies single-head individual motor controlled individual with continuous annealing electric round copper wire drawing production line absorbs the foreign advanced models improved, mainly will Φ8.0 mm national standard copper rod through continuous stretching through the drop spool take-up Φ1.3 mm~Φ4.0 mm qualified electric soft copper wire to the corresponding wire spool or wire winder, or through the pneumatic spool type take-up to the 630 mm wire spool, with convenient operation, easy maintenance and other significant features. Because each drawing drum wheel adopts the closed-loop control of servo system of Individual-motor, it can realize the micro-sliding drawing with controllable individual between the wire and the drawing drum wheels, and the 13 drawing wheels (including the fixed-speed wheel) are driven by individual motors with the high-performance Siemens reduction gearbox, which makes the production line realize the characteristics of continuous drawing with low noise, high speed, and low energy consumption.
