1. Drawing Machine
Description :
DB80-25-16E multi-wire drawing machine is innovation and creation of the traditional wire drawing technology. It takes drawing 8 lines as one group, with arrangement as 2 layers. And it adopts continuous and horizontal dies arrangement design. The mechanical transmission uses gears type with 2 motors (main motor and capstan motor drive)so that it realizes quick dies change, which saves a lot of time when changing dies. The machine can draw 16 lines of copper wire at the same time. If it is connected with 16 lines continuous annealer; it can produce 16 lines of copper wire with homogenous electrical performance.
The base of DB80-25-16E multi-wire drawing machine is welded steel structure and is processed after annealing treatment and eliminating internal stress. Therefore the base is with high stability and strongness. The gear box is with 2 sections and is processed after annealing treatment and eliminating internal stress. The machine uses high precision helical gears and imported bearings and adopts high pressure spray oil cooling lubricant method. The lubricant is provided by gear pump driven by an independent motor and is with pressure lack protection function which realizes machine stop when lubricant for the gears fails working. The machine is also equipped with lubricant cooling and filtering devices. The drawing box adopts high pressure spray method lubricant for cooling, which fully cools down and lubricates the drawing wheels, dies and wires to ensure the good quality of wires. The lubricant spray is carried out by pump driven by motor .The lubricant spraying to the drawing wheels adopts dies stand horizontal spraying method with small holes facing directly to the dies center, which cleans the dies effectively. The box cover uses rolling gate for convenience.
