Installation and Maintenance
Installation
According to foundation drawings ready equipment foundation ( foundation load 10T),and use the standard instrument calibration, Pit depth error less than 3mm, Be positioned after the second infusion equipment installation bolt.
Connect the power cable , the corresponding filling oil , no-load operation of each action again, check for abnormal noise and transmission catching phenomenon , the trip switch is sensitive and reliable
Maintenance
Space around the unit to keep clean and no dust, screw, rail and other transmission sub-holding oiled, unscheduled refueling device unused for a long time , the relative moving parts shall be coated with anti-rust oil .
Instructions
1)According to bobbin size , identified two pallets and fixed pitch
2)Put the bobbin on the pay off
3)Start left column clamping button , thimble into the top of the left bobbin hole
1.Rotating bobbin dial plate on the right thimble alignment pin DIP corresponding holes on the bobbin
4)Start right column clamp button to the right into the top spool hole thimble
5) Touch l button to reel raise pallets 50 ~ 100mm
6)According to reel size and line speed , the tension is properly adjusted
