(1) Vertical upward billet making, electro-hydraulic billet making, pushing and squeezing speed, pressure, pushing and squeezing time can be set hydraulic digital pre-pressure size, hydraulic components and control switches are used system brand
(2) The maximum internal pressure of the billet can reach 6MPa, rising speed 10-300mm per minute, falling speed 300 per minute, adjustable mandrel position
(3). The unit is equipped with a set of preformed mandrel φ18, cylinder diameter 35 outside diameter φ70, cylinder inner surface precision grinding treatment.
4). Cylinder barrel material is 38CrMoAIA, and nitride treatment, mandrel material is G20CrMo, push head material is POM
5). The total height of the equipment is 3600mm, the length of preformed billet is 620mm.
6). The feed hopper is cone shaped, made of SUS316, and the seat is made of 45 steel.
3.6 control part
3.6.1 Control and make independent control and operation of the preparatory molding machine
3.6.2 The control and operation of extruder, drying and sintering are separately made
3.6.3 the mixing machine and the dosing machine, make the control buttons and display table of each operation panel according to the routine;
3.6.5 all wiring shall be coded with sufficient connection length;
3.6.6 all control lines are shielded;
3.6.7 each control part has overload alarm and self-protection function.
