The machine is used for compact-strand bare aluminum wire, bare copper wire and ACSR to produce power cables.

 

Features:

1. Excellent performance of split motor: The split motor is used to replace the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, which simplifies the complex mechanical system and reduces the difficulty of maintenance, energy consumption and noise at the work site. Separate motor transmission device makes the pitch continuously adjustable, which is very helpful for improving manufacturing technology. Imported PLC is used to instruct and coordinate the entire production line, and imported touch screen is used to display and set online technical data. It adopts imported motor speed controller, reliable performance and high control precision.

2. Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage speed and the traction speed is fixed, and the pitch will not change during starting, running and stopping. The machine ensures precise synchronization of each cage and easy-to-operate electrical control system.
